Guest Requirements
Guests ages 2 and up can attend, up to 7 guests total. Parents can also bring children under 2 years of age.
The class is for all levels, there are different variations in each position, if you are advanced in your practice you will always be free to shine with a challenging variation and if you are a beginner I will show you a position that will be ideal for you.
